Nick has a degree in economics from Cambridge and was until retirement a Chartered Accountant working at a senior level in the industry. He also founded and led several successful companies in the IT sector.
Nick has been a Trustee of Sustrans, the sustainable transport charity, and was involved in development of the National Cycle Network.
In recent years Nick has advised lots of different businesses with a particular focus on strategic planning, board coaching and management controls.
Nick loves the Dales and its rivers and enjoys exploring the area on his motorbike.
