Catherine joined Yorkshire Dales Rivers Trust in 2017 as our first Education and Engagement Officer.
Catherine has a degree in Zoology from Sheffield University, is a qualified teacher, and has an AMA in Natural History education. She has extensive experience in learning outside the classroom by working as a Museum Education Officer, an Outdoor Learning teacher and a Forest School leader.
Beyond teaching in the classroom, Catherine has worked on projects for organisations including the National Trust and the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority.
In her spare time, Catherine enjoys family walks with their dog, wildlife photography, baking and singing in a local choir.
